Thawed – Chilled 48 Hours
OVEN: Preheat oven to 200˚C, 190˚C if fan assisted, or gas mark 6. Remove sleeve and place on a baking tray.
From frozen reheat for 25-35 minutes.
From chilled reheat for 20-25 minutes.
Stir the beef brisket and mash part way through reheating, recover the film lid and return to oven.
MICROWAVE (750W): Remove sleeve and pierce the lid several times. Place on a non-metallic plate.
From frozen, reheat on high for 5 minutes, or 3 minutes from chilled. Peel back the lid and stir the beef brisket and mash. Recover with the film lid and heat for a further 3 minutes. Guide for one pack only.
All oven applianced vary, this is a guide only. Ensure product is piping hot. Allow to stand for 2 minutes and consume immediately. Season to taste.
Do Not Reheat.
Take care when handling the dish as it may soften slightly when hot.
Caution – product will be very hot.
Keep frozen and do not exceed the best before date. Once defrosted keep refrigerated at 0˚C to +5˚C, consume within two days and follow reheat guidelines shown.
